Ms. Rakes has no business be appointed as a guadian for any child. She clearly can not see through a sociopath and chooses to put children at risk. Anyone who does not view domestic violence as dangerous to a child needs to be removed from the Guardian List and do a little more research on the subject!

Elizabeth stated her case at a hearing recently that, "Domestic Violence does not effect a child". Did she go to a training to be a guardian ad litem? How could anyone in the mental health field be trained to think that Domestic violence in the home does not affect the children?
