Tom's Quickie Mart

I was very disappointed when I could not test ride the moped before buying. I had reservations and I wish I would have went with my gut instinct. Got the moped home and a couple things were wrong with it. The front wheel lock did not work at all. There is a vibration in the front wheel when you get up to 25 miles an hour. The handlebars are not completely straight.. Tommy said he was going to take care of it no worries no problems. Two months later have not heard from Tommy. I called did not go very well. He told me that the vibration is probably in the tire and I'm going to have to take it somewhere and have somebody else fix it. This is a new moped that Tommy puts together himself. Evidently he did not test ride it either. Needless to say he's doing nothing for me and I have to pay somebody to put it together right. Can't forget what the receipt said sold as in condition. I didn't catch that one until it was too late. Go elsewhere and test ride first. Customer service there sucks.
