I was very pleased and satisfied with the purchase of my new car here at Royal Moore Toyota. The Sales team and the Finance Manager was very nice, friendly, and fun to talk to. They let me take my time, and let me think the whole process out with no pressure. It was one of my great buying experience I had. Thank you guys!

Couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. It was a rough start but Royal Moore Mazda staff stuck by me and saw it through. Kudos for the professionalism handling this complicated transaction.

Great service. These guys know what they're doing. I bought a car from here a few years ago, and I love it. I still bring my car here to get serviced. I'd rather take it to these guys who specialize in these cars rather than a random auto shop.

I was looking for a new Mazda 3 I touring I live in Spokane and saw the add in the Oregonian for a great price. I emailed & spoke with Henry the internet salesman over the span of a week. I was told by other dealers that they couldn't possibly sell that car for the price they had it advertised for. But I risked the drive to Hillsboro and it paid off. Got the car for the ad price! Henry was great to work with. He answered my emails late into the night and worked hard to get things in order for me. Great experience.... Thanks Henry!!! And Royal Moore Staff!

Prices were very competitive and incentives were put on the table clearly. I didn't feel like there was anything hidden in our communications.

The day before I was supposed to move down to California, my engine light went on. Without an appointment, I took it into Royal Moore and explained to the service staff that I was planning to move in less than 12 hours, and had a 600+ mile road trip ahead of me. Despite the car having a major engine issue, the staff prioritized me and fixed everything - within a couple hours. I've not had the same problem since, and have been happily driving my Mazda for 5+ years now.

I was treated very respectfully at Royal Moore and had new keys in hand within about three hours. They made the whole process easy for me and I hope my husband purchases his new truck from Royal Moore too!

I just wanted to say that I emailed Royal Moore Mazda with a question about service for the Protege that I own, really just seeking a second opinion to confirm what I already knew. Their service manager responded extremely quickly with a courteous and thorough answer to my question. He requested more specific information about my vehicle, then gave me an estimate for the work that I needed done in an extremely timely manner, all via email (my preferred method of communication, but one that many businesses still seem to underutilize).
