Hillsboro West Self Storage

Was late getting in to town, called and was able to speak with the manager. He opened the office and came to meet us after hours and we were so thankful! After a long day of moving and driving, this was very appreciated. Facility is clean and secure also! Would gladly recommend to anyone a truck or storage.

I have only been with this company for a couple weeks, and I am already aghast at how disorganized and unprofessional they are. My initial walk-in was met with an attempt by the staff to pretend I was not there. After I received my unit and left, I found out they had misplaced some security equipment around their units. In addition to being shocked a company would just leave their equipment lying around, my mother and I received several inflammatory phone messages accusing us of stealing the equipment and threatening to call the police. Upon a return call, we were told we shouldn't have worried and they found the equipment. I also did not receive my e-document to sign for several days, and now that I've received it and tried to sign it I find it has been voided. I can only assume what the fate of my items in storage is at this point, but I assure you I will be calling and relocating to a new storage company.
