Kathy's Bridal

I wish I had read the reviews on other sites prior to visiting Kathy's Bridal. I am ordering my dresses from out-of-state and needed to get one bridesmaid measured. I called her the day before and she told me I could bring her in. When we got there she told me that she would not want to take the responsibility for measuring her since I was not ordering my dress from her. She actually told me to drive to the out-of-state store to get her measured. So then I asked if she had any dresses in the approximate size that could be tried on (she's a 6-8) and she said "let me check my stock" and came back and said that she only carries 12's and 14's. Really? So then I asked if she could provide me with a copy of the size chart and I would go home and measure her myself and I was told that "I was not understanding what she was telling me". I told her that I was going to call the dress manufacturer and complain and she actually tried to tell me that she was following the dress manufacturer's policy. I was so upset (and after the drive to the out of state store comment) was yelling at her. I think she got scared because all of the sudden she "had an appointment" and kicked me out of the store. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
