Unfortunately this particular location is utterly disappointing. My boyfriend has a limitation. In other words, he's deaf and uses sign language to communicate. He went into this location thinking to test drive a car but instead was tricked into leasing one. According to the ADA government services (Americans with disabilities act), a licensed interpreter should have been present. When asked what happened, they gave my mother in law a sheet a paper with little to no information that had very few questions listed. Many questions were unanswered by my boyfriend so how is it possible you leased a car to him unknowingly? Not to mention, he bought his first car from this same location with cash and had no problem with buying it then and his credit score is great so why have him lease ?! I hate to give this any stars. There will be consequences that the representative will be held accountable. If you care to not get taken advantage of, I advise you to take your business elsewhere.

Webb Hyundai is one of the rare gems in the area. They truly care about their customers. Not just for the car sale but long long after. The service center is outstanding. They have done a beautiful job assisting me with keeping my car running superior. Well over 100,000 miles and she still drives solid and smooth. The sales staff is caring and does not pressure like many dealerships do. They want you and the car along with the price to be comfortable fit. When you purchase a car at WEBB Hyundai you purchase all - outstanding service, caring, compassionate, helpful, honest, respectful and so much more. I highly recommend. And if they don't what you want be patient, let them know and they will find it. Trust me its worth waiting because you will have a car you can be safe and honored to drive for a long time!

I credit a huge portion of my experience to the entire sales staff. They were great! The purchase of my new Hyundai was definitely the most pleasureable experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

This was the second time I brought in my car for repairs. I was really impressed with the service department and the service manager. They provided quick service at a very fair price. I am definitely coming back for my regular oil change service.

Spent time online researching Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla & Hyundai Elantra. Test drove each before deciding on Hyundai-a no brainer in terms of price, gas mileage, appearance and ease of handling. Pleasantly surprised at how solid it felt - was expecting it to feel much lighter and less maneuverable. Good choice - good experience at Webb.

Provided by DexKnowsLeft my car a week for service as we were going out of the country. Got there to pick it up and they couldn't even find it. When they located the car, the service wasn't performed and I had to leave it an additional day. Picked it up and still not right. I now have a case with Hyundai customer care trying to resolve the issue. We made five trips to the dealer in ten days. We also purchased three new Hyundais with the dealer in less than two years.I am officially done with Webb.

It was a good experience. The dealership (and salesperson I dealt with) were great-- clean, professional, and friendly. No pressure whatsoever. That was the best part-- I HATE HIGH PRESSURE SALES situations. An this was NOT that. It was all about me, what I wanted and how comfortable I was. That made a huge difference, and makes a huge difference (and in my willingness) to how I recommend Webb Hyundai to other people.

I am a very thorough researcher and shopper.I was totally impressed with Hyundai, and my choice of dealership.I have been purchasing/leasing auto's for many years and never had the experience I had with Webb Hyundai.I felt they did their best with my deal(I am not easy when dealing)and I loved that I was introduced throughout the dealership.That was a nice touch! I am very happy with my decision.I love great performance in my vehicles and the Sonata delivers hands down.

My Hyundai Tuscon is the best vehicle (reliability, ease of driving, enjoyable) I've ever purchased. The service at the dealership is always a pleasant experience; everyone is nice to talk to; never takes a long time for service.

A great experience. We visited many other dealers within 50 mile radius and kept coming back to Webb. I was particularly impressed when one of the "Webb Boys" actually talked with us regarding our purchase.
