You can't never get throw on the appointment line. I called on day at 2:30 fall asleep on the phone woke up it was 7pm answering service still on telling wait time, called at 4pm on day at 4:00 at 4:58 phone was answer just hung up. Called back they were closed. today been calling since 10:00am no one has answered the phone yet. Called the nurse phone answer machine says let a message i will get back when ever. The black girl that sit at the front desk don't know how to talk to patients rude as hell. the Hispanic girl that suppose to check you out she just keep doing what ever she is do. Then ask can i help u oh we can't schedule u and appointment you have to call back the month of your follow up with well what is you sitting here for if you can make appointments. at the old location the phone were answered and you never left without your follow up appointment made. sorry services look for a new doctors office. still trying to get throw wish me luck.
