Rokha African Hair Braiding

I called and scheduled my appointment on 4/26/2012 to have my hair braided on 5/8/2012 at 12pm. I requested to have cornrows. I arrived at the shop around 11:50am. The door was locked and no was in the building. I called several times to verify my appointment. On the seventh call at 12:04, finally someone answered. The person had an attitude and was very rude. When she finally arrived at 12:18pm she continued to be rude and act as if she was being inconvenienced. She received several personal phone calls, frequently stopped to talk on the phone, and order her lunch. She did not complete my hair until 2:45pm. I only got cornrows going straight back. This should have only taken possibly an hour and thirty minutes. I stayed only because I was leaving to go out of town that evening. I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy. I am sure there are other salons with better quality service.

The service here was very terrible. They overbook clients (As you can say ALL ABOUT THE $$$). Multiple of people on your head not a once but, one person would start and the another would finish. The hair they use bad. It sheds all over the place. The amosphere was terrible food and juice. They were very unprofessional loud talking (not English) gossip. Will never suggest anyone there.
