Miles Talbott Furniture

Purchased a 3 cushion sofa with loose cushions and a love seat sofa. The cushions will not stay in place. I have never had a sofa that the cushion did not stay. Will never buy another one.

Purchased a sectional from high end store in Naples Fl. very expensive. Our windows are all tinted to protect from sun. The fabric on sectional compleatly faded.Nothing else in the room faded(rug, chair,drapes) I asked them to send me new fabric (Sunbrella) and I would pay for the reuphoster of the sofa. They said no. The sofa is in perfect condition, I am a retired person, living on a fixed income. UGH

Bought a 5000 dollar couch. After 2 months, the fabric was pilling and looked utterly horrible. My husband and I do not have any children nor pets. We fought relentlessly with countless "reps" as well as the President who never had the common decency to return any of our emails or phone calls. Further, a year into having this sectional, the large piece's frame broke, leaving us with a sagging couch. It is utterly disgusting and disheartening that this company would not honor or stand behind their product. I would NEVER recommend a Miles Talbott piece to even my worst enemy. We are stuck with a couch that cost far too much and looks like, to put it quite simply, GARBAGE.

My wife and I ordered a Miles Talbott sofa and a pair of chairs in the Sunbrela fabric. It looks great, sits great and is impervious to the perils of our grandchildren. We've had to clean the fabric on one chair but we did it right in the kitchen sink rather than call Stanly Steamer. It was too easy. I'm glad there are still quality companies building furniture in North Carolina.

My wife and I bought a sectional from Miles Talbott called Shabby Chic. The cushions are about a foot thick and is incredible. We had some furniture from on of the well-known big box stores and we didn't know what we were missing until we got this. Night & day difference! We love our new Shabby Chic but so does our Great Dane! There's going to be trouble.

I bought the Miles Talbott 1100 sectional sofa with loose cushion back. Within 21 days of it being delivered I sent pictures to the furniture store where I bought it to show problems. The chaise is 1" higher then the rest of the sofa, the loveseat support system has a hammock effect and the cushions show body imprints. It is only 2 of us on nights and weekends on the sofa. Miles Talbott had the furniture picked up and returned to their factory. They didn't do anything to resolve the problems they only made excuses. Upon return of the pieces the chaise is still higher, the dip is still in the loveseat (we had to put cardboard under the cushions to not have hammock effect). They write a letter saying we didn't turn, fluff and rotate the cushions to maintain the quality of the piece. I nightly fluff the sofa and weekly rotate the cushions and even if I didn't no one should expect in 21 days that kind of wear. But in any case in 21 days by their own admission they show wear and imprints in the sofa and didn't address the problems with the higher chaise. So just a warning to anyone buying their furniture don't expect them to stand behind their workmanship if you have a problem. I hate to see my furniture in a years time.
