Reel To Reel Video

I could not be more satisfied. I am a baby boomer and as you could imagine have a library of tapes I wanted to have converted to watch in my living room. They got the entire job done in no time and it looks fabulous. I got all the originals back too. One of the tapes I gave in was in pretty bad shape and I have not been able to look at it in literally over 10 years. They fixed it for me said it would have destroyed my machine if not fixed. There is nothing like seeing a tape for the first time after so many years.

What a great little gem of a place. Besides getting half off with a groupon coupon i used, their prices are cheaper than every other store I have seen and everything came out excellent. The day after it was done I was able to show it to my dad who lives out in FL since they put all my stuff online on an elegant website. I cannot recommend enough.

Wow, we were up until 2 in the morning looking at all this stuff the other night. I recently got back my slides (I dropped off a lot of them) and the slide show came out very nice and the photos were sharp and bright. My husband and I were up until 2:30 looking at them! We also got back the tapes and we are around half way through watching those. It brings back so many feelings looking at these old memories again. Most of them came out as good as new, some of the old ones looked, well.....old. I am very happy, perhaps I will update this when I finish watching the rest.

I just got several of my tapes back on DVDs that I dropped off after they had been soaked in water by Hurricane Sandy. I am so thankful that they look good as new on the DVDs and the people there (Josh) told me exactly what to do before I dropped them off in order to make sure I didn't damage them further. One tape even totally came out of the VHS container an they repaired it. I was so worried and could not be more happy with Reel to Reel because I know if I would have shipped them somewhere else they would probably be damaged even more. Thanks again!!!!!

I had some tapes that I wanted to be put onto DVD discs. I got them back and was very impressed with the quality of the video. Keep in mind that some of these tapes were at least 14 years old and they still looked really sharp. The cover was nice along with the whole package. I would for sure recommend- it saved me a LOT of time. Way to go guys.

Worst product and customer service ever! A 2 week promise of delivery time took 6 weeks, and they blamed me for it because I didn't have the order # available when I asked where my order was! So it was my fault they couldn't look for it! The DVD show I ordered was so pathetic, I think they used a 10 year old program on a 10 year old laptop to make it. My 10 year old son could've done a better job using a free program! And the quality of the digital copies was so bad, the colors were so off and uneven. I wanted my money back, but the thought of talking to them for the tenth time was stomach turning, so I just took my loss. I wouldn't trust them with my photos even if it was for free! Take my advice and avoid at all costs!!! Use a PROFESSIONALLY run organization instead! That's my review for Reel to Reel Video.
