A Cut Beyond

Most unprofessional place I've ever experienced in my life. Dia Gicking slammed the owner Kim while coloring my hair. Called her awful names the b word and even talked bad about the groomers next door saying he beats his clients dogs. Then the hair coloring experience was awful. I asked for auborn with dark mahogany brown lowlights. I got purple hair! After telling Dia I didn't like my hair she tried again it turned into a weird magenta violet hair color. I was charged a 140$ for a horrible dye job. My boyfriend called the salon because I was so upset almost in tears over my hair. The owner kim didn't take responsibility for her stylist or even try to attempt to help solve the problem. Dia responded with threats to call the cops when he just asked how she came up with purple out of auborn. She said it was violet which is a form of purple. Dia Gicking supposedly has 25 years experience as a color specialist. So how do you get purple when your client asked for a brown red. Also they both knew someone was going to call and repeatedly hung up on him and laughed at him on speaker phone.
