I had a very bad experience. I went to take my maternity pictures. Because I registered on la ideal they give you a free 8x10 ,that brought me to Mercy. When I got the appointment, I called to ask questions about it and the information provided was nothing like reality. I got there the day of the pictures with my family, they offered me different packages, the cheapest one was over 200. I wasn't able to commit at that point and asked to get 3 different pictures. They told me that if I wanted 3 pictures I had to get the package, so I decided to get only 2. Because of this, I was rushed through the process, she wasn't creative at all, sat me down on a place a took a couple of pictures. She didn't show any interest on what she was doing, she didn't try to give us a nice experience and just demonstrated a crazy need to finish quick, however no one else was waiting. As a result the pictures came out horrible, don't even look like maternity, you can't even see the belly! Not professional

Bad experience; the pictures are very nice, but Mercy is very difficult to deal with. She has a really bad attitude with clients, and she has no patience at all with babies, toddlers, or kids. I would never recommend this place. Another thing is that they dont work with digital images, and thats so terribleeeeeee, its like going back to the 1990s. Plus, they are very expensive.

Their pictures are awesome and they care about customers satisfaction. I would totally recommend them for babies pictures.

Ellos le tiraron las fotos de los 15 de mi niña, ella es tremenda descarada, no la recomiendo le tiró 50 fotos y casi todas eran repetidas no fue profesional, estaba como cansada pk había estado con bebes tirando fotos y ya habíamos quedado para ese dia. De verdad que es una farsante

A BIG MISTAKE. We came to Mercy to take advantage of the newborn one year package.



Because our baby was already over 3 months, we had to do 3 sessions in one the first day. To our surprise we were rushed to the 3 sesions in less than an hour while sharing the time with another couple that was already there. The result ...low quality photos. This place is like a factory, volume is their main concern.



Also the lack of a formal contract with the terms of the sale should have been a big red flag.



First they tell me that the proofs cost $3, but after we selected only a few due to the poor quality, they tell us that for them to be $3 we have to take them all ...otherwise its $6 each.



Another example of the lack of quality of their work was that in one of the sessions the baby was on a boat with a white sailor cap on a white background ....the result there was no contrast and it looked like he had only half a head.



We called to ask them to edit the photo and change the color of the background or hat and the very rude so called administrative assistant said it could not be done. When i tried to express my displeasure she kept on interupting me and finally hung up on me ....TWICE.



Like an hour later the owner calls me and the same story, rude and would not let me speak ....telling me how they have thousands of customers and do not need customers like us and that she will refund the money. All of this without giving me the chance to speak.



Could you believe the level of unprofessionalism?



I am currently disputing the charge with the credit card company for poor and unrendered services .......just in case.



My advice STAY AWAY
