Contrary to the first review which must be from the same owner or friends and family; I which in my case is a true salon customer will never recommend this salon if you happened to get the service from the owner by the name of Ismarai or Ismaray.

In my first visit and last visit I did hair, pedicure and acrylic nails. Hair was a great experience with Milagros, but pedicure was a mediocre service performed by the owner. Acrylic nails were a total disaster! - done by the owner- a very young blonde girl with no experience at all!. I wonder if she really has a license or where and how she got her license. As a “supposed professional”, never advised me to do a manicure first and come back in two/three days for acrylics because I had too much cuticles covering my nail beds. Instead she told me she would take the cuticles off after the acrylic had dried. I thought that was a new technique for I have been doing my nails for over 30 years now in other salons …and believed her. She really damaged the skin on my fingers to the point of bleeding in four of my fingers. During this service she kept on pouring a green liquid to stop my bleeding while telling me to “Cooperate”. She mounted a thick layer of acrylic on my nails and finished them with a malformed thick horrible awful looking and discomfortable set. After two days I had to go back and made her remove my acrylics, my fingers were swollen and had a terrible throbbing pulsating sensations to the point of real pain where I could not sleep or touch anything. After removing the acrylic for me with dissatisfaction (because she was proud of her work) I asked her what would we do next , maybe put my fingers in water to remove the cuticles and make my fingers a bit more comfortable…. so NO, she turned her lamp light off and left her station. She did not even offer to put some cream, my nails were so dry. I had to go to the next salon in the next shopping center and luckily a very nice girl did took care of me and put my nails and my cuticles back to how they supposed to be. Would never recommend doing service with the owner of this salon, she told me she had been there for two years and I found out she just bought the salon about 6 months ago or so from the previous owner which happened to be a person I new for a long time.

I recommend to better find yourself another salon, there are plenty in Hialeah and/or do your service with another person in that salon if you happened to have no other choice but to do your service in Karisma Salon Hialeah - 594 E 9th St, Hialeah, FL 33010 (305) 887-7977 . Her service as the owner deserves NO STARS as a review and performance with the public and should go back to class!



Para aquellos que no hablan Ingles y no pueden leer mi Review porque estamos en Estados Unidos y los reviews se hacen en Ingles y no en Español en un website de paginas Americanas, no recomiendo hacerse servicio con la duena del salon. Mi recomendacion es que debe de virar para la escuela, y atender clientes despues que se haga profesional en su industria. Cuidado!

Excelente atencion y cuidado professional,el mejor cafe de Hialeah ,un servicio espectacular en manos muy especiales., I love it .
