Sorry you feel that way Marisol . You forgot to add that you did not pay the last check that you received from the insurance company for your repairs towards the shop . Also you forgot to add that we deviated from the estimate to repair other issues on your car that you did not pay for as a courtesy . And you also for got that I myself , tony , contacted you in numerous occasions to resolve any issues you might have with your car . The biggest problem here is that you jumped in your rental way before we even revived the car at our shop , and then you expect us to repair the car in the limited time you had rental coverage . Again sorry you feel that way . You can't please everyone people . And honestly after exhausting the attention and catering to customer like these , when there still unhappy , I think no businus should deal with them . People don't be afraid to check us out , we are here to help , not give out free hand outs .

Great Body Shop! They where able to fix my car in a few weeks, after I had an accident that I thought would be at least a month of repairs.

Hands down with this body shop , I had an accident and my vehicle was towed there, the staff very kind willing to help at all times, Immediately gave me a rental car and within weeks I had my car back they even fixed things insurance wouldn't even cover. Am extremely satisfied with there work and integrity...I would definitely recommend this place.Very pleased and thankful for there services.

BY FAR THE WORSE BODY SHOP EVER! SAVE YOUR TIME AND INSURANCE MONEY! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CAR THEIR FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS! I WAS INVOLVED IN A ACCIDENT ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE JUST RECEIVED MY CAR, NEEDLESS TO SAY IT, THE HOOD OF MY VEHICLE HAS SPOTS WHERE IT IS MISSING PAINT! THEY AVOID YOUR CALLS! IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FROM THEM YOU HAVE TO SHOW UP AT THE SHOP! RECEPTIONIST TO THE OWNERS ARE REALLY RUDE! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!

This is the worst body shop I've ever done business with, and I wish I would've read the comments below before trusting them with both our cars. My husbands car has been in the shop for over two and a half months. My car, a simple sideswipe, has been there for over a two months already. The service is absolutely horrible, in which the receptionist switched over to another line in mid conversation, and once she returned, literally said "so what were you saying?" Are you kidding me? Don't do business with Hi Tech Auto... You'll never get your car back.

My fiancee was involved in a car accident May 15th and it is now July 30th ( time without a vehicle)...The vehicle is not fully repaired. I have attempted to speak to several individuals to receive information of an update. I finally was able to Xaiver after I dropped by the Shop. I was given the vehicle still not fixed on July 24th. The same day Xaiver and Frank (shop owner) promised me a response that day as to the vehicle being fixed. I have yet to speak to them. The worst customer service ever. I would not refer this company to my worst enemy.

It has taken more than 8 month to put my car together and there are still a list of issues with my car. The owners dont take responsibility for their work - bottom line this place is a disaster!!!
