Coral Gate East Condominum

Coral Gate East has made a lot of improvements in the last year and a half or so. They have painted the building inside and out, completed a new asphalt and parking lot including painting and striping, and have opened up their swimming pool for the first time in over 5 years! They are screening every resident that moves into the property to make sure there are no criminal records and have improved their parking system by monitoring the decals yearly. Coral Gate East above all has completed many projects to better the community and has improved greatly with the present board members.

ITS A BAD INVESTMENT AND TO BE SHORT AND QUICK IVE SEEN A RAT IN THE HALL WAY, THE MAINTENANCE DONT CLEAN THE WINDOWS IN THE HALL AND IT LOOKS NASTY AND WHEN YOU CALL THE OFFICE TO ASK IF THEY CAN CLEAN THE WINDOWS THEY ASK YOU TO SUBMITT AN EMAIL. LOL ITS BEEN 3 WKS THAT IT WAS ASKED AND YOU CAN SEE THE FILM BUILDUP FROM THE OTHER END OF THE HALL WAY, SO IMAGINE THE RUN. PEOPLE HAVE DOGS SO ON THE RUN THERE ARE FLEAS. ONE RESIDENT HAD THERE MOTORCYCLE VANDILIZED AND THE SECURITY ALLOWED THE CRIMINALS IN AND OUT AND DID NOTHING BUT RIDE AROUND THE BIKE ON THE GOLF CART. AND LOL ABOUT THE PICTURES OF THE POOL BECAUSE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ISSUED THEM TO CLOSE IT AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DONT MAINTAIN THAT EITHER BUT ITS A CRIME HOW THEY ADVERTISE THE SERVICE BUT DONT GIVE IT PLS BE AWARE.
