Overall

I called this company just because their company's label on the A/C unit when the developer built the house. It is extremely horrible service and very rude that I want to share with you. I asked to fix one unit that is not having enough cool. The guy first complained the filter is dirty and used the flash light to look at the bottom of the unit, without opening the panels. It totally took less than 2 minutes then called me. He asked for $650 for cleaning coils for two units. Because only one gets the cooling problem but the insisted he needs to do both to make sure we don’t call him back. I told the guy that the last cleaning for a similar problem was charged $285 for one unit, and begged him if he can cut down the price a little more or just fix the problem unit. The guy started being upset and spoke to me very rudely over the phone. Then I kindly agreed the price and offered the job to him. BUT astonished me that the guy refused to do the job. I felt this is unbelievable then I called their company another number. It is totally messed up and I ended up speaking to the same rude and angry person. I am not sure he is the owner or whoever, he refused to let me talk to the customer service manager or they don’t have at all, and said he has the right to make such decision. Well, I had to let them go. There is no room for us as a customer to talk to the company in charge at all. How rude they treat customers like this. Do not hire the company at all because the sky high price they asked without carefully diagnose problem first. I looked around our community and noticed many houses like us that installed this type of A/C units by this company are now getting service repairs shortly after three to four years of installation. If I could rate a zero star, I would do it for this company.
