These guys will charge you for labor without telling you, they charged me $65 in labor to replace the cabin air filter, they called and said it needed to be replaced but never mentioned it would cost $65 in labor plus the new filter. I find this dishonest as they had already done the labor to remove the 'dirty' filter and would have had to put the 'dirty' filter back had I denied the new filter and wouldn't have charged the $65, yet done the exact same amount of 'labor' (aside from opening the packaging on the new filter). I advise you take your vehicle elsewhere, to an honest mechanic who is upfront with ALL charges. These guys are scum and will nickel and dime you for everything they can think of.

I would have to agree with the last review. Do not take your car here. While there are minimum labor rates in every shop, their's is just plain outrageous. To change a set of park plug wires and run a check on the check engine light, they charge $217.92. Mind you, I said to do the labor, not including the cost of parts. Much as always, I get this from a family member going there to get their car worked on. I look at the bill (I was a tech for 5 years), and get frustrated at what this shop passes off as service. My favorite is the shop supplies charge for changing a set of plugs, $12.67. They charged for the rag they used to clean their hands, very expensive rags that they use. You can guarantee that I'll steer anyone I know away from this shop.

DO NOT GO HERE!

If you want to save money, READ THIS! I am just being a good samaritan by warning all consumers to investigate before consenting to any work by this shop! I took a car there to get a diagnostic because it was making some knocking that I wasn't sure about. They told me it would be a $45 diagnostic fee. Well, when I picked it up that became $90 and for what, I'll never know. Then the guy proceeded to tell me that it would cost $650 to install a new alternator!!! That's when I KNEW they were trying to scam me. He said he needed to "get on it soon to get a decent alternator at a good price." Well, guess what everyone, you can pick one up at your local auto parts store easily. What's more is that it only takes about 30 minutes to replace an alternator which I did myself, and after taking the old one back to Advanced Auto Parts I only paid $160 for the alternator itself. Including their "diagnostic fee" I ended up at about $260, but could have ripped myself off by letting these theives take $650 from me for a 30 minute job!! They lie and I just wanted everyone to know it. Oh, by the way, there are short videos all over the web that give basic instructions on how to do simple things like replace an alternator. Good luck everyone.
