So far I like this day spa I never ever had this type of services… amazing services I got.. and this was very awesome place and very relaxing rooms and environment was very good.

Terrible! The owner has no bedside manners, probably the rudest in this business, anyways I would not care about bedside manners as long as the work is done right. The owner took less than 15 seconds to thread my eyebrows and in the process, widened the gap between my eyebrows from my one side. She was so careless and paid no attention to the shape and size of the eyebrows and just messed it up completely. I'm never ever stepping into this New Look salon. Wonder how she's surviving!

This spa ensures every therapist have a full knowledge on various laser treatments and the precautions to be followed before and after the treatments and I’m enjoying the most.

I experienced the shahnaz gold facial this time and the service is very nice... the way they receive and treat is very nice...

I have experienced my first treatment for my thighs. It lasts for about 20 min. I feel a little pain which is bearable but after an hour every thing is normal. Feeling very optimistic about my results… As they said it takes 3 sessions to see the change… up to now the service is quite satisfying...

I go to New Look Day Spa And Laser for waxing and she is wonderful. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a brazilian wax and fears the pain. She totally makes you comfortable and at ease.

I have a prob with unwanted hair growth and it use to regenerate quick after my waxing, But i'm little hesitated to go through laser services. So I decided to experience on a small area first, after the treatment my skin became reddish and it lasted for 1 day... but overall it worked on me... now i'm going to clear off my prob completely.. and the service is pretty good and clean...

Good experience!!! clean and hygienic place...My first experience with NewLook.. i experienced the Microdermabrasion treatments this time and the service is very nice... and have seen awesome results.These aren't results that I am just seeing; everyone is telling me how my face looks so smooth and refreshing! I am a fan for life and have already signed up for more services. If you have a doubt whether or not to go...GO...you will not regret it. The people that work there are great and will treat you like how you should be! I give it 2 thumbs up!

My eyebrows look so good. I just recently had to grow them in from a horrible disaster. They look amazing now!!

I have copon from dealfind for laser. Everytime i m having problem with something but i ignore it as in business you have ups and down. But last sunday it was worst sceniro. One of the staff member give me appointment for sunday laser. I went there and now they are saying , they don t do laser on sunday and then all the sudden front person started yelling and fightning with me. he said You try to get service in free. and no matter what you will not get ur laser done. he don t even say sorry for their staff to make mistake. Instead he is blaming on me that I should make appointment while I leave the place on last time. I would not recommand any one to get coupon deal from them. It is not worth it. Also, in coupon , it will say you can go every 4-6 weeks for laser but after some time they will change to 6-8 weeks then 7-8 week.

Appreciate that they were able to work me in on a tight schedule.

Really good. I like the oil that they use. Maybe it may be nice to mix that up too.
