Our focus is to design and build high quality, effective and efficient office, flex and warehouse space at a reasonable cost, and to bend over backwards to serve the people who use our space. INVESTIN has developed, leased, sold, and managed approximately one-half million square feet of professional office, flex, retail and warehouse space in the Reston, Herndon, Sterling and Eastern Loudoun County area.

        Mr. Tim Nachazel, President of INVESTIN, has over 20 years experience in the management, leasing, development, and construction of commercial office, office/flex, warehouse and retail buildings. Mr. Nachazel holds a B.S. degree in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate. He is also a licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker, and has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, Mr. Nachazel is a candidate-member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, and is now completing the requirements to earn the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is also a member of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.
