To Whom It May concern, I grew up in a culture where it is much easier to blame a person rather than praise them for what they did. As a consequence, those that serve in our community dont feel appreciated. However, I am corresponding with you today to provide a positive feedback to Dr. Shamim, in the Dulles Family Medicine in Herndon, Virginia, whom I visited over the weekend. I admit, I dont like going to medical doctors office for the simple reason that they act as if they are playing God for you. Dr. Shamim plays two personalities which I like as a medical doctor. As a human being, she is humble, unassuming, and down to earth. And as a doctor, she is cool headed with a warm heart. Let me count more of her other good ways: Dr, Shamim has spent unlimited time with me and I realize she must be doing it with her other patients; Dr. Shamim served me on time rather than spending too much of my time sitting in the waiting room as most of us do in a doctors office; Dr. S

I highly recommend Dr. Imam Shamim. She has a gentle touch, great chair-side manner and excellent interpersonal skills. Her professional skills are top-notch.and her office staff takes really good care of her patients and also makes me feel welcoming when I go there. They were very helpful with working out the situation over few payments. It is a great environment. My 2 yr old daughter absolutely loves Dr Imam Shamim and I have absolutely at most faith in her, she evens called back to make sure my daughter was doing fine although my daughter was not in any serious health issues but since I was a first time parent who was panicked, she made me feel very comfortable. She is always there for us.

Dr, Shamin Iman has been our family doctor for 13 years. We are so pleased to have found her. She is very knowledgeable in medical care. We have found her to be thorough and very caring. When one of us is in the hospital, she comes every day to check on us and sometimes twice a day (we have never had a family doctor who has been that concerned). My husband and I have referred her to other family members, friends and co-workers. They have all been pleased and continue to see her. If you need a family doctor, I strongly recommend Dr. Iman.
