Mr. Fabre is a nice and respectful individual, but I didn't pay him to be my friend. This guy will take your case and tell you that he can help. However, his problem is that he is not persistent. He will try one time to get you deserve, and if he fails, he will politely let you know that he doesn't have the time anymore. This puts you in a worse situation than you were before, because now the party you are trying to sue finds out your attorney quit in 2 days and you are left powerless dealing with whoever you are trying to fight. If you have a small matter (and I do mean small), I would contact him, he would probably help you out and his prices are very fair compared to other attorneys. However, if you have a real important matter to you, I would go with someone else.
