11/30/2015 11am-Horrible phone person! The person who answered the phone this morn was talking to someone else when she answered the phone & acted like I was intruding on her day. She almost almost hung up on me then "sighed" when I asked her another question about insurance. I was referred by my opthalmologist for further testing for a serious and scary disease only to be unable to get past this nasty person. I'll go somewhere else and let my referring physician know!
