Hermitage Villa Condominiums

Horrible place!!! Do not move here!!! Located next to a drug infested hotel, constant burglaries/robberies, unpredictable lawn care that begins at 7am. People on the neighboring street were always having Jerry Springer-esque fights. Units have to be kept "uniform" so absolutely no decorating. Apartment manager has no life, so calls several times while you're working to complain about minuscule things. Hasn't been updated in years, so there are mold/ insect/ rodent issues. If you enjoy cheap rent with that being the only amenity, while constantly being harassed by solicitors and the bi-polar apartment manager this is the place for you.
