Payless Transmission

I am very happy with this company they do everything they can to help you get fix up.i have several vehicals and have taken everyone there and had exalent work done. I would recommend these people to anyone and I will say with them you cant beet what they can do.

This man and his company are completely incompetent of putting nuts and bolts together tightly. Let alone finishing a transmission job correctly. I took my 2004 vw in to have a transmission installed, I had to return the car 4 times when I first picked the car up it sounded like an airplane he proceeded to tell me it was something I did. However it was something he did not finish. The third time I had to take the car in I told him why should I he obviously couldn't do it right the first time, second, third, or fourth. He has cost me more money and time than it was ever worth currently now broke down off 44 hwy with less than 4000k miles on the car. I would never ever take anything to these people ever. I own a business and they are completely incompetent PERIOD. I have delt with Sutton transmission they are very good and they have done a great job and they are PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I am not satisfied with this company at all i have been back for warranty work countless times and now its out o warranty and my problems are twice as bad as they were before, ipayed 2200 dollars for nothing. They are very nice people but i dont think i would recomend them to anyone at all.
