        Quality Air Testing provides mold, radon, asbestos and erosion prevention and sediment control (EPSC) Inspections in Tennessee and surrounding states. Mold inspections are performed by air and swab sampling along with a visual inspection looking for water issues. Radon testing requires a 48-hour test to be performed in the lowest livable area of the home. If radon levels are detected above the EPA's Action level of 4.0 pico curies per liter (pCi/L) a radon mitigation system can be installed to lower your levels below 4.0 pCi/L. Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Quality Air Testing also performs asbestos surveys and EPSC Erosion Prevention Inspections.
