When I arrived to pick up my son today and they didn't know where he was. After standing around 10 minutes I walk outside calling his name he walks up out of the dark. He was left alone outside in the cold with no coat on in the dark! He walks up and tells me there is no kids out here. They just left him outside! Do not take your kids to this place. Before this problem I had a issue with them watching him anyway. When I picked him up in the evening he would look as if he slept in dirt the night before. We would have to go straight home for him to get a bath before doing anything else. He did not get that dirty at school. They weren't watching him then either.

Employees are rude and unprofessional. Too many children cramed into building. No space for them to even play. Dirty facility.

I have always been against daycares, but when my personal at home babysitter bailed last minute, not only did I have to miss work, but I also had to do the unthinkable...find a daycare. KK came recommended by an aquaintance so I called them. I work 3 12 hour shifts and their hours were perfect for my schedule. I went by unannounced to take a look around. Nowhere would have been good enough for my 3 month old child, but in an emergency I decided to use KK. I thought this would only be very temporary, but it has been 2 months now and I have been pleased with them. It was a little bit of a rough start with communication, however, once I laid it out that I am OCD and neurotic about my child, they understood where I stand and they have been VERY good! In my line of work (medicine) if you didn't write it down, it didn't happen. I use this philosophy with them as well and they write EVERYTHING down. They send her clothes, diapers, wipes, sheet etc home every single time so I can wash them because I don't leave stuff there. The motto, "You get what you pay for" doesn't really apply here because their prices are very affordable and I feel like my daughter is in great hands! Kerrie F.

The people that work here, are rude and just make you feel uncomfterable when you go there. They lost my childs medication forms and refused to give her her medication, she was spitting up her whole bottle.When I went to pick her up that day, she had her clothes SOAKED in spit up. I have 4 other outfits there for her to be changed into just for that reason, and yet they failed to change her, this has happened twice now! Not to mention when my husband went to pick her up at 5:50 (they close at 6) They had her upstairs sitting in the floor waiting for him. Didn't even give him her blankets for the weekend, nor her sheet that said what kind of diapers she had that day or when they ate last. Completly irresponsible and I have never been so angry with someone having such a lack of care for my daughter. DO NOT put your child in this daycare,
