Hendersonville City Taxi

The guy was completely rude. I called him in advance telling him I'd need a can at 4:30, and when I called back at 4:10 to confirm that he'd be on his way he laughed at me and hung up. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate cab service or some idiot that went to great lengths to ruin someone's day. I really don't have words to express how ridiculous and unprofessional this man is, and honestly I'm glad I didn't have to sit in a car with him. I have no idea how he has a business, so don't give him yours. He is a HEADACHE.

The guy answred the phone "what now?" I had to ask if this was a taxi service! He was to pick us up in 1 hour~ He was a NO SHOW and NO CALL!!! This sight makes me rate it but I couldnt find the -star

Very Rude. Unfriendly. Always late.

What a joke, guy can't send us a taxi and then calls the police when we call another taxi cab company. We had an emergency and just need to get to dialysis. Looking forward to the day another transportation company comes into this one horse town!
