Our business computers finally work without problems! We are very happy to have GSG as a business partner. Before we switched to them about 1 year ago, we had one problem after another - blue screens, viruses, and it was costing our company money. Since we have been with GSG we have not had any of those issues at all. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough, and they are always there when we need them. They take care of all of our IT needs. Their technicians are courteous, don't talk down to us and they are fast to respond whether we have an issue or just a question. I would highly recommend GSG Computers to any small business looking for an IT firm.

My computer starting making this clicking sound, so I called their office. The guy who answered the phone told me to stop trying to turn it on and to bring it in immediately, as the hard drive was most likely dead. I took my computer in to them and they put in a new hard drive, but most importantly, they got ALL my stuff. My emails, my pictures, my documents, and my QuickBooks!! I would not hesitate to take my computer there again if I had any other issues.

I have taken my computer to them 3 different times for virus infections and every time they have been able to reclaim all the hard drive information. They are good at what they do and I whave recommended them to other people.
