I felt great about my experience right up until I bought the car. Todd was charming and helpful and attentive. They promised to make the car look like new and even replace the front grille.
Then I signed the paperwork and put money down.
Then Todd stopped being so attentive and I was lucky to get any response at all. They couldn't even be bothered to put gas in the tank before giving me the keys, I barely made it to a gas station after driving off the lot.
They had the car for almost 5 full days after I purchased it, but never even cleaned the bird crap off that happened on their lot! Never cleaned the interior. Never did get that front grille.
But worst of all, they failed to mention or notice that the ROTORS WERE COMPLETELY WARPED AND BRAKE PADS COMPLETELY WORN AWAY!!
I now owe over $1000 in repairs on the brakes, wiper fluids, and tires. And it needs an oil change!
They claim to do a "52-point inspection" on every car and only sell those that pass with flying colors but that is clearly bogus at best or woefully negligent at worst.
Oh and the loaner car they gave me while they were "working" on mine? Rattled like a death trip and was screaming "0% Oil Life" on the dash and of course, had next to no gas when they gave it to me. How generous of them!
BE VERY CAREFUL if you buy anything from these people and prepare to be ignored as soon as you sign on the dotted line. This entire process has been an absolute nightmare with a four figure price tag.

Had a great experience at Greenlight when I purchased my vehicle. The sales associate was Rodney Washington and even let me drive the vehicle a couple of days before making a decision. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Not a positive experience at all.
When I bought a car from them, one of the selling points was a new set of wheels they put on it. After about a hundred miles of driving, one of these wheels came off on the road. Thankfully, it happened on Long Hollow Pike and not the interstate, and nobody was hurt, but people who came to my aid discovered that all the lug nuts were loose on all four wheels. When I called Greenlight about it, they suggested possible reasons why this happened: "Maybe you have done it yourself trying to modify the vehicle", "Perhaps someone tried to harm you and did this on purpose" and, my personal favorite, "Maybe someone was trying to steal your wheels, but got spooked and ran off after just loosening the lug nuts" (on all 4 wheels, taking the jacks and cinder blocks normally used in wheel theft as they ran, spooked *sarcasm*). Coming from a guy who was all kinds of nice not too long ago when I was about to write a check, this was rather upsetting. After some back and forth, they did make it right, replaced the damaged wheel and spacer studs the next day, hence the one star for effort in my rating of this business.
However, that wasn't the end of unprofessionalism on their part. The same salesman mentioned above described their license service as "You'll get your tags in the mail in a couple of weeks", neglecting to mention the emissions test. So while the drama with the wheel was going on, I asked about the tags, to discover that I need to do the test. Had to buy a new gas tank cap to pass it, but okay, no big deal. The day after my temporary tags expired I got a call, and I quote, "You can come over and pick up your plates". I refused, since for this amount of driving and effort I could have just gone to the county clerk's office myself and not pay their license fee. In the end, one of the reps dropped them off at my house 3 days after my temporary tags expired. Admittedly, that one is, in part, on me, but never having bought a used car before (and I mentioned it to the rep about 10 times), I assumed it would have been road worthy.
Needless to say, I'll be buying my next vehicle somewhere else.

First of all I found my car on the internet, I also applied for financing on their website, Kenny called me and told me that they had gotten my application and that I was approved. When I got there everything was ready to go and the car looked great. I got in and out in about 30 minutes, they didn't try any funny stuff and were very professional, fastest easiest car purchase I have ever made. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family
