As a stylist, I just want to encourage others, that if you have been unhappy with your hair service, please please communicate that with your stylist or the salon. There are bad days unfortunately, or sometimes bad cercumstances, Most people have your your happiness a priority. From personal experience, I will never be upset if a client that I have worked on comes back to me with an adjustment need or a problem she's having after she leaves. It is my job, and my responsibility, and find honor that she/he will feel comfortable enough to let me know and give me the opportunity first for adjustments! In most cases, go back to your stylist or salon and allow for them to fix the issue! If that doesn't work, then by all means, spread your personal experience and get your money back!

Estella did my hair yesterday. She does incredible work, is so knowledgeable about products and the latest trends. I found that she did exactly what I asked. She also does great color and knows how to manage thick hair.
This is a great Salon.

the Estella lady does a good job. except that she does what she wants to your own hair!! Everytime I have went I tell her what I want and she does something TOTALLY different. I do not recommend this salon unless you are going to another stylist that I haven't tried... or if you want ridiculous prices!!

Went here for the first time this week, recommended by a friend. Let me just say first off that their services are overpriced for what you get out of them. My appointment was with Jodi and although she was nice she did not give me what I wanted at all. I wanted to go back blonde, full highlights. She even asked me before we started if I wanted it to be really subtle or dramatic, I told her definitely more dramatic. My hair was just a medium natural brown when I came in. I told her I wanted it blonde but to keep just a little of the brown in it. She did my hair and I waited for her to take out my foils. Another thing that really got to me was I guess they charge you to blow dry your hair? I've been to plenty hairdressers over time and not one has ever charged me for a blow dry. I wasn't about to walk out with wet hair so I went with it even though I thought it was really not right. After she dried my hair my excitement went away completely. My hair was NOT blonde. In fact it looked almost EXACTLY the same. It literally looked like she put 5 highlights in my hair. I specifically told her I wanted it to be blonde and a noticeable difference at that, not subtle and blended. I was extremely irritated. Not to mention my bangs were cut unevenly. Oh and my appt was at 9, she had another lady come in at 10 and was going back and forth between us. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and maybe the reason why she didn't do a good job on my hair because she was rushing. All in all I'm very irritated I wasted 100 dollars and my hair looks exactly the same. They did not do what I wanted at all and If I wasn't so shy I would have asked for a refund.
