Very bad experience



Delivered tropical arrangement as gift from my niece. Wilted within 20 hours - called and they said that they would exchange. Took the fist arrangement and delivered the most dreadful looking arrangement it it's place. When i asked why it was not the same and why a huge stem with no flower was crammed in the middle - he said that it was a design element! When I took it out - he snatched it out of my hands and ran off with both arrangements to the van and sped off all the while I was telling him to leave something as it was a gift. When I called the store - the women answers the phone "hello" rather than stating the business name and when I advised her what had happened, "she said that they could make me happy" so she cancelled the order! When I said that I didn't think wanting flowers that would last more than 20 hours was too much to ask - SHE HUNG UP! It certainly is an interesting approach to business and the man who delievered both times.....Wow his behavor is totally unacceptable.
