Steve Hawks-Short Sale Expert

Steve Hawks was one the best things that happened to us in Las Vegas we bought our home at the top of the market and we were upside down forever. We spoke with many realtors to sell our home and they said we would have to short sale and stop making payments. Steve told us about his 1% program to help people. We listed our home with steve hawks he sold it for 10,000 above appraisal and his 1% saved us from not having to do a short sale or borrow money to sell. Then we purchased another bigger home with steve for our famlily. Steve is one of the most honest genuine persons i have ever met he really helped us out. I would highly reccomend him and appreciate so much what he did for our family

Steve sold our home for the highest amount since 2006 in our area. A Chinese buyer paid list price just like Steve had said would probably happen .I highly recommend Steve. He has a great personality, is very respectful, knowledgeable, and very timely. He always was on top of everything. I never had to wonder about anything. He always kept us informed. Very important he always listened to all your concerns and did not rush or was never too busy. He took pride to make sure you understood everything and you were always satisfied. Let me say I am 67 years needless to say I have experienced a lot. I would put Steve in the top 10 Individuals I have met in my life and as a businessman in the top 2.

Steve Hawks was great he saved our home. We listed with him to do a short sale and thought we were going to lose our house we had an offer and was ready to move. Steve played hard ball with the bank and got us a principal reduction of 178,000 dollars. We got to stay in the house and we have equity. He also short sold our three rentals got us full deficiency waivers on all three and a 20,000 dollar check from chase on our last rental. Steve and his team were amazing they saved our dream home and changed our lives we love vegas now!

I was very dissatisfied with the conduct of Steve Hawks. In no way did he ever concuct himself in a professional manner while I was dealing with him. He never and I mean NEVER returned my phone calls. He was not knowledgeable nor did he try to fix any of the problems that arose when I finally camped out at his office to speak with him. If I had my choice I would not want to ever have to deal with this guy. Be real, at least return peoples phone calls!



I gave one star, because you have no choice in not and at least the receptionists were nice enough.

I just moved from LA, and Steve and his staff help me close a great home. They also help my friend with investment properties here in Vegas. I saw some of the negative reviews and when I went and met with him and his staff, and their customer loyalty was amazing. Most people talk about customer satisfaction, however Steve works so well with people he develops loyal customers like me. I have been referring my friends looking for investment properties to him. No doubt about it, one of the best companies here in Henderson. I can't explain in words how great they are to people.

Steve and his staff are great. Candence is a great person, always helping me out, always faxing everything on time. I have never had a problem with this company and they have so many good things to offer. You need to go check them out, and speak to them. You will be 100% satisfied. My friends and Family, and Co workers all deal with them. There is noone else that compares to them.

Steve Hawks is great. I have bought bank owned homes from him. First off the home was closed in a timely manner and the condition was good. Second off, I would love to know how many bank owned homes you have seen. You need to understand all bank homes no matter in what area always need some work. In this economy many people have left these homes, and not in the best conditions. I've looked at bank owned homes, even in great areas like anthem, and seven hills. Every home has a different story, and you need to understand how many bank owned homes are out there. You can see from the news its record breaking. Do you expect every bank owned home to have perfect landscaping and no problems, than you are living in a different world. We all can see how long some of these homes stay on the market, and you cannot expect a company to take care of all their foreclosures, pay for landscaping, pay for fixing the whole house up again, and then sell it for the foreclosure price. If the house you wanted was in such a bad condition, why buy it? Why not choose something else? Instead of blaming someone helping you, look for something that fits your needs, and if that is the house you want, then give it some TLC.

I have been calling and dealing with the receptionist. First off She is wonderful, I have never been put on hold, and always have had all my emails and voicemails responded to. They have helped me so much. Steve is great and his realtors. They are always on time, and always providing me with the best information. Your review does not sound like that office. Maybe you caught someone having a bad day, we all are humans and you can not judge a office by one rude employee. If you take time and go to the office they are great, and awlays there for you. I'm probablly one of the pickest clients they ever had, and they are so patient with me it's amazing. I use them all the time and refer people to them. Take time out and go meet them in the office they are great!!!!!

Be advised that this realtor and his assistant that answers his calls is extremely rude and disrespectful just like steve hawks himself!! They don't respond to voicemails, and when u ask to speak to the realtor himself! The old grouchy, hag gets her attitude and very rudely tells u he's not available!! You've been warned!! Don't use this realtor for anything!!!

Steve hawks well i am on the other end of buying a bank owned home from your realtor office.. Well it has not been pleasant to say the least! Your company does a horrible job of up keeping a house. They have been very unresponsive about getting this house closed. The list goes on and on!

Steve Hawks gave us back our piece of mind thanks Steve!!!! We had ten homes that were purchased in a mortgage fraud scheme using our information.
