I was a realtor in their company and I wish I had never been connected to these people. Highly unprofessionals and very hard to get my check. I can understand the people they have dealt with why it is hard to get their security deposit. I think they are not in business anymore if they lost their license.

SCAM ARTISTS- They never return security deposits and try and scam people out of money. Benedict Prasad had his licensed revoked so make sure if you have any problems you file a compliant about Patricia Prasad(his wife who operating this business ) to have her licensed revoked as well so they won't be able to scam others.

WATCH OUT!!!! worst scam artists and most dishonest people I have evr dealt with. Benedict Prasad's realty licenses have all been REVOKED due to dishonest practice and many complaints filed with realestate division of nevada- you can check yourself for his license. Now he practices fraudulently under his wife(Patricia Prasad"s) license. They take your money and then you never see it again. Also check small claims in Henderson Justice Court to see all lawsuits against "all their businesses" - Sapphire Realty, Mortgage Pros of NV, Realty Pros of NV, Moonstone Realty, THMCC Enterprises,etc. they open up businesses screw people then default on their business licenses so they are not responsible in the end. Also check www.nvsos.gov and check under business entity- put in their names and see that I am telling the truth. I had to sue them in small claims and have still not seen one penny from my security deposit.
