Nevada Heart & Vascular Center

I went to nevada heartt and vascular sleep clinic and it was the worse experience I ever had. When I scheduled my appointment I told them my sleep schedule and difficulties and was assured that they were experts in sleep and that they were exceptional at creating a environment for sleep. THAT WAS AN OUT RIGHT LIE. The bed was super hard and they placed me in a room that shared a wall with the common bathroom. I wore ear plugs but could still hear the door open and close and the toilet flush. Every few hours there was a loud bang and the wall shook, likely it was the bathroom door. BUT the main reason I rate this place so low is the tech who was assigned to me was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. So much so that I walked out at 230am. I would avoid this place at all costs. I'm going to speak to the manager and hopefully they can review the video footage. I pray they can use this as a training moment so no one else has to be submitted to this type of interaction.
