Previous reviews dead on... rented space less than 30 days and owner "Dave" lost his mind yelling and cursing in simple conversation about liability. He made it very clear with many colorful 4 letter words he is NOT responsible for anything bad that happens on his property. Serious anger management issues here folks. BEWARE the barking human.

The other reviewer is dead on. The owner Dave is a nutcase. No matter how nice he is to you at first, this guy wille eventually blow up at you and tell you "he doesn't need the money."



There is a reason that storage is only ~$40/mo here and that is the fact that the place is shady as can get. The owner Dave is likely on drugs by the erratic behavior he portrays.
