I am an out of state investor and very pleased with the services of the Klinger Group. Anna did not pressure me with "this is a must buy" tactics. To the contrary, We have visited about 15 homes and only 1 did she feel was a good buy...and it was! I have since taken another tour with Anna looking for a second property. She did not feel that any of the properties were a good fit for my goals. That's a comforting, ethical and professional approach to what she does. Anna got my house sold in three days, for more money than we listed it for! Mike and Anna Klinger are amazing Short Sale Agents! I am a broker myself and I have referred my own Short Sales to the Klinger team! Short Sales can be very time consuming, frustrating, complicated, and just plain CRAZY MADNESS! It takes special people to work these transactions... people with time, patience, skills, knowledge, and energy - and Mike and Anna have it all as they make it look so simple.
