Wow, where do I start? Stay away from this company! I paid my rent on time, always took care of the place (even though it was a dump when we moved), yet they were impossible to get a hold of to fix things, were so rude on the phone I was literally shocked, and were useless at following through with anything. Every time I called them (because they never let me know what was going on-even when the A/C broke in the summer and the heater in the winter) they seemed annoyed I had bothered them. With little kids and the house reaching 100 degrees, I kind of wanted to know what was happening. Plus, without the reminder, nothing might have gotten fixed. Thank goodness we are out of there!

I do not generally write reviews about companies. But this place is so awful that I couldn't help myself. I had been a tenant for two years. I paid my rent on time every month and took care of that place. And yet month after month something was wrong with that house. And calling them trying to get any assistance from them is like pulling teeth from a Monkey. It is ridiculous. Even the owner of the company cannot even return a call when it is an emergency and he has the emergency phone. They are all rude and it is a complete rip off!!! Do not rent from this company. Save your money, energy and sanity.

Provided by SuperpagesI HAVE LEASED THREE HOMES FORM KELLER N' JADD OVER THE LAST 7 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS AS A TENANT. ALL OF MY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS WERE HANDLED WITH THE UP MOST CARE FOR MY LIVING CONDITIONS. THIS IS WHY I STAYED WITH THEM AS A RENTER. I WAS ABLE TO BUY A HOME AND MOVED OUT RECENTLY. ALL OF MY DEPOSITS WERE RETURNED IN FULL. I WILL CONTINUE TO REFER ALL MY FREINDS AND RELATIVES TO KELLER N JADD AS THEY HAVE BEEN THE BEST!!! Pros: EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Provided by SuperpagesI have rented two Keller N Jadd homes and have not had any problems with the company. In fact when my AC went out last summer it was fixed the next day and one month when I was a little short on money they were very understanding and waived all my late fees since I had never been late before. I left the home in good condition but it did need a light cleaning and a little touch up paint and i still got my whole deposit back. I have not had any issues with the house i am in now but I fully trust Keller N Jadd to fix any that come up.

Provided by Superpagesseven year tenant who loves keller n jadd!! they took care of all my maintenance needs promptly. when i finally bought a home and moved they refunded all of my deposits. i did leave te home in excellent condition. i think that is right thing to do. keller n jadd is awesome!!!

For as large as this company is, I have always felt as though I was their only client. Mr. & Mrs. Keller have made certain that my two properties are handled efficiently while communicating with me on a regular basis the status of events surrounding the management . I highly recommend Keller n' Jadd for any Real Estate or Property Management needs

Keller N Jadd is a company I now avoid. Their operating principle seems to be to do, or say, whatever is necessary to get someone to sign a contract and then to forget all principles. They are parasites.
Keller n' Jadd has the attitude of a "cleint for life" They are committed to what they do on a extraodinary level!! Try them and you wont be disappointed. I guarantee it!
