Galleria Palms Apartments

all of these great reviews are horribly mistaken. yes the flowers are very pretty but there is ALWAYS trash on the ground. the units are all dirty in one way, if it's not a random pipes in your living room or bedroom, it's roaches. one lady had a roach problem (my neighbor) and they tried to move her to another unit that ALSO had a roach problem. not to mention, the few upstairs neighbors i have had always brought along a little kid, and we all know how much they like to run around at whatever time it may be. my car has been keyed countless times and they have refused to give me a covered parking space because there is only one covered parking per unit, but then you see a ton of covered parking available. they will try to blame you for ANY major repair, such as a dryer not working, a garbage disposal, or a roach infestation. this apartment complex isn't even GATED, but there is a closed gate along with a brick wall. it doesn't make sense, i mean c'mon now, if you have one gate, why not make it all gated? i've seen and lived in better apartments than this one for less, and i've always had the comfort of a nice gate protecting the complex itself.



just thought i would shed a little truth in the midst of these lying reviews.

I've lived here more then 5-years. I've always noticed the excessive behavior of the staff. The landscaper works hard in the summer time, as well as year round. The flowers he changes don't need changing. He's on property almost every day doing this. This is excessive to say the least. He's a hard worker. I always want to feed him and give him something to drink. I do some times! He's "Yummy cute". There's never any trash on the ground. Maintenance crew works hard-always. The leasing staff always look GQ. Every building looks new. Y'all fix things that don't need fixing. Again you're re-doing the parking lot. It's looks great to me.!



Bottom line-great place to live even if you're excess!

Galleria Palms has been my home since 2005 and I'm very reluctant to move anywhere else. I love the area, the Galleria Mall is right down the street.

My bank, the grocery store and a CVS are all so close and convenient.



The landscaping at Galleria Palms is well maintained and the property is always kept clean. In the almost 6 years since I have lived here I have never had anything stolen or vandalized. The area is very safe and that really matters to me.



The current office staff is courteous and helpful and maintenance is usually very quick to respond to any issues. I have to say that overall I am very satisfied and it would take a really good offer to get me to move elsewhere.

Galleria Palms is a great place to live! The staff is always pleasant, the community is always clean, and the work orders are quickly expedited. I couldn't ask for anything better! GP is walking distance from the Galleria at Sunset, Target and several other great places to shop and dine. I'd recommend GP to anyone looking to live in the Henderson area.

I have referred many of my friends here. They have a great staff, all the amenities I need and an awesome location. Just a really nice place to call home.
