Fertility Center of Las Vegas

I don't recommend these two facilities: Las Vegas & Henderson, Nevada. I am so disappoointed with their services because you are just a number to them and they are very heartless!!!!! I called Tani to tell her that I have new insurance from United Health Care and please verify it and call me ASAP when it gets verified. She told me that she will call me when it gets verified and it would take 2-5 days to verify. I told her Thank you!!! So 2 weeks passes by and I took the liberty to email Nurse Joanne Stover regarding my new insurance with United Health Care and I told her that it has been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten a phone call from Tani. Then Nurse Joanne Stover told me on the email that it will take a week or two to get things verified. Then I emailed Nurse Joanne Stover and I told her, well it has been 2 weeks already and no calls from her yet. Then I didn't get a response back from Joanne.



I can't believe that Fertility Center of Las Vegas has a lot of Lack of Communication with each other and especially to Their Patients. I spent so much money and time already with them that I was so disappointed the way they treated me. I only had 3 more appointments left and a consultation with Dr. Bruce Shapiro. Well I am going on 37 this year and my biological clock is ticking and I might not be able to conceive. We needed a little help!



Well when my husband's work told everyone that they are changing insurance by January 2012 and they had to sign up again. So when January 1, 2012 came around and the cards arrived by mail. I immediately emailed Nurse Joanne Stover regarding my new insurance plan and to forward the information to whom it needs to go to. She told me by email that she will forward it to Tani. Then 3 days later, Tani called me regarding the insurance and I am not covered! I was very furious because she calls me right away and she didn't call me when I requested her to regarding the United Health Care Insurance. So I called Tani back the same day and I told her a piece of my mind and asked her why she didn't call me. She told me, well Crystal called me on November 3rd of 2011 and she left me a message. I told Tani, I didn't get a phone call from my cell phone and I didn't have a message on my cell phone. Tani just ignored for what I had to say and she was so rude on that end of the phone call.



Then months later, I get a bill from Fertility Center of Las Vegas (2012) and I was just amazed on their work of art of Caring!!!! So finally today 4/6/2012 Friday afternoon, I came by the Las Vegas Office and requested for Chelsea, the Office Manager to address my complaints to the 3 employees that made their mistakes. I requested Chelsea to have the complaints behind closed doors and told her what's going on. I told her before I pay the bill, I want some explanations with the mistakes. So she pulled my file and verified and I paid my bill. I told her Chelsea: I want copies of my medical records, please. I asked for Chelsea's business card and told her that: I will tell everyone not to come to your facilities!!! I walked to the exit door and left.
