Dynamic Pain Rehabilitation

I've been going to see Dr. Imas since January. I wish I had found him sooner! He is one of the best doctors in Las Vegas, and I've seen roughly 20 in the last 22 years. I love that he refuses to prescribe opioids as he doesn't want to have to break an addiction later. He will only prescribe medication that you can't get addicted to, and that's a relief to know. He got me off of some interacting medications that other providers had me on and helped me come off of medications I was taking that I didn't actually need. He's willing to spend 5 minutes or 50 minutes with me; it just depends on what I need. So sometimes I have to wait for a while in the waiting room past my appointment time - so what. He'll be just as attentative to me and my issues as he is to the current patient(s) once I am back there. He's definitely worth the wait. If I leave a message for a nurse I get a call back within 24-48 hours, or if it was a pharmacy issue it has been resolved. Front Desk staff has always been helpful and professional with paperwork and scheduling. I've never had to wait more than a week and a half to see him if I called to change my appointment to come in sooner. I recommend him to anyone I know that needs pain management or an addictionologist.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The office staff is horrible. I left 10 messages and never got them to get a hold of me. They completely lied to me about taking care of a unnecessary procedure that I had to pay out of pocket for. The doctor is probably the biggest scam artist of them all. He's a "pain doctor," but also an "addictionologist." So he gets people hooked on perscription meds then he "treats" them for addiction. I don't know how his practice is still running. He was recommended by my family doctor for a knee peoblem. Never once did they suggest I get any imagining done. They just threw perscription meds at me thinking that's what I wanted. I never took the meds they gave. I believe this doctor is part of the opioid epidemic in this country. Stay far away from this place!

Dr. Snead and the entire Dynamic Pain Rehabilitation center deserve more than just 5 stars on yelp, I owe them my gratitude for the life I have today. I was is recovery for 10 yrs, when one day I had no mental defense against what I had fought so hard to stay clean from. My original recovery path included Doctors, Rehabs, Medicines, Therapists, etc 9/7/2007 something stuck I was led to Dr. Snead. Dr. Snead and staff provided a warm welcome, an attentive ear to listen to where I came from and where I was currently at, and truly took my personal needs into consideration to develop my treatment plan. Dr. Snead asked 1 thing of me. To be honest with him as he could not help me if I didn't provide an accurate picture of my status. Sure enough. I stumbled a few times during this new journey, I was honest, and my treatment was adjusted accordingly. I sit here, with the longest time clean I have had since I relapsed, the craving is gone, and I have an absolutely amazing team in my corner.
