ASAP Dental Lab

In August my dentist had ASAP Dental reline my upper partial AND add a tooth to it. instead of making sure that the tooth they added to my partial was securely attached. A very thin piece of liner and one thin wire was the ONLY thing that attached the tooth to the partial. i was charged $380 for this work (which i put on Care Credit).



No surprise that their SHODDY workmanship didn't hold up and food started to get under the relined area holding the back tooth to the partial. Within 4 months the integrity of my partial was compromised and bent the metal frame of the partial which caused the relining and the added tooth to break off.

I returned to the dentist to get them to fix the partial, which ASAP dental CLAIMED was unrepairable.



On the advise of Care Credit i attempted to get them to adjust my bill. The manager was extremely rude and slammed the phone down.

Because the dentist used them as an intermediary--i have absolutely no ability to get ASAP Dental to adjust their bill.

i took the partial back to A & Q Denture Service and paid an additional $680 to have them fix ASAP Dental's shoddy workmanship..



All the relining material was removed and this time the tooth was PROPERLY SECURED and fits as well as it did when i got it 5 years ago.



AVOID THESE LEACHES, THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS SHODDY AND WILL NOT HOLD UP.



IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR I WOULD.
