The old guy that works here (owner?) is a rude idiot. There is absolutely no reason to ever use this business. If you need to ship something go to the post office - they give you FREE boxes and reasonable rates. Do not buy packing materials from this place. If you must buy packing materials go to Walmart, it will cost 75% less. Do not pay to ship UPS packages here, they will charge you DOUBLE the normal rate, which is already higher than USPS and Fedex. There is no reason you need them to pack something for you, how hard is it to put an item in a box and tape it closed? Is that worth $30 or more to you?! I wouldn't trust the packing job this guy does even if it was free!

But most of all, stay away from the old man inside. What an ignorant jerk. I have dealt with him on numerous occasions and every time the same bad attitude and total ignorance. Obviously I'm not the only person who thinks this. Typical Henderson style service...

In summary, there is absolutely no reason for this store to exist. Walmart sells shipping supplies, cheaper and better. The post office has their own building. They charge less for shipping and give you free supplies. You can print Fedex, UPS, and USPS labels from your house and have them picked up at your door. Why would you ever go here?

I'll bet anybody $100 this place won't exist much longer. The only reason I ever went there is because my incompetent UPS driver keeps delivering my packages here instead of at my door like he should.

Don't bother! The owner is a liar and a crook. We took our package in to ship UPS and he charged us $63 gave us no receipt or tracking # just some BS that they are a "test" site and we would receive an email. We went back 2 hours later to get our money and package back, he asked us what the name was as he had so many packages in the back, but were told it had already been picked up. Again more BS because when we did get the tracking # 5 hours later it said the package was still in Henderson. I checked the cost to ship through UPS directly and they would have only charged me $31. Who's the rip-off now??

As a mom of two working full time with a husband in Afghanistan, my time is very scarce. The staff at Postal Plus get me in and out quickly and help me with the many packages I have to send overseas. Great service and nice friendly staff.
