        Overall

        Worst post office on long island. Don't deliver your mail, don't want to pick up. The lobby has very long wait because few workers at counter. Don't answer the phone too.

        Although I have history with the USPS of Hempstead, why are my packages ALWAYS mishandled and never delivered at the set time period? The agents, couriers, and management MUST BE reevaluated; the current employees are all disoriented and are incapable of running an efficient USPS. The customer service is very poor and the online service is unreliable. (Actual Rating: No Star)
