So My elderly Father was accidentally given two policies for his house insurance. We called and tried to get an answer for which the Hempstead office would not answer. We asked to speak to a supervisor and the man said 'this is not how we operate'. What buffoons, please never go there. Any other office will take your business and you are better off.
