I was in and out, good place and cheaper from where I usually go.

Gave them a chance. Rick addressed the problem and couldn't have been nicer.

Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Personnel were courteous and efficient. Policies were clearly explained and also posted prominently. If you want a good job, be prepared to let them do one!

Took my wife's 2003 Highlander for smog check. Fast service, very pleasant receptionist and clean comfortable waiting room and rest room. Completed in about 20 minutes.

Had to get our 2004 Scion Xb smogged for registration renewal and we have been taking our vehicles to Valley Smog Test for about 8 years. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews but I must say they were wonderful. I was in and out of there in 15 mins. and the gentlemen working there were super nice. I'm glad I decided to go there today.

I needed to get a smog test for my car - so I googled "hemet smog test" and this place was the very first result. I intended to look at several places and compare prices, before deciding - but this place had a coupon on their site for $32.75 plus $8.25 for certificate of compliance and $3 for ETF. It was such a good deal, and so much lower than I was expecting to pay, I drove right over!

These guys are great. They do their job and smog your car. They tell you why it failed if it failed. I don't understand how people can complain about their car not passing, you know driving up whether it will pass or fail... It is not rocket science. They do their job and they do it well. If you want someone to lie to the state emissions board don't go here because they are honest people.

Just had a great experience at Valley Smog. Very clean shop and, as the owner put it, a female-friendly waiting room; clean, quiet with ample soft chair seating. I was in and out in no time. It'd be nice If they took appointment, though, for customers with tight schedules.

They were so kind! He could have taken my money and then told me my car would fail. Instead he was very forthright in telling me that since my check engine light would not stay on, it would automatically fail. I will definitely go back after I get my check engine light situation squared away.

My car failed the smog test at another station, so I brought it to Valley Smog for retest and repair. The mechanic, Jonathan, was so knowledgeable and courteous. He accommodated my schedule even to the point of staying past closing so that I could get there. He worked with my car and corrected the engine light problem after the part was installed. I am totally impressed and highly recommend this smog station, mainly due to Jonathan and his professionalism. Thanks so much!

A+ guys!!!!! -When it's time to get my car smogged, I always come to this place. Wait time is usually less than a half an hour, they have an nice little waiting room, and the front staff is extremely nice and friendly. They make you feel appreciated for being their customer. Which is such a great feeling and almost rare anymore, because a lot of businesses I seem to go to lately treat me like I'm an inconvenience! They always have a coupon available on their website or in the Pennysaver too, so that helps save you a little money. I recommend Valley Smog to everyone I know!

Approximately two weeks ago I brought my 2003 Hyundai Sonota in for a mandatory smog check. From the beginning, and until the end I was very satisfied. The receptionist was very courteous and prompt. The mechanic was also very nice and willing to answer any of my questions. The price is great, the staff is great; can't beat them! Thank you for your business.

Reasonable prices. Friendly and professional staff. Not to mention very honest! I left a personal item behind which could have turned into an expensive day for me had it not been for the staff who kept it safe until I returned.
