Ferguson Electric Co

The gentleman from Ferguson Electric showed up to do the bid and I wanted to have the service completed. The only day he could complete the service was the day I had to be out of town. Luckily, we live on property where my husband works, so this wasn't a huge issue as my husband could run down from the office to let the electrician in to complete the job. When the gentleman arrived on the day service was suppose to be completed, he knocked on the door of our home and of course no one answered because, as I explained to him when I made the appointment, my husband would have to come from the office to let him in because I would be out of town. Instead of calling me, like he did when he arrived to complete the estimate, he left and texted me that no one was home at my residence. He was long gone before we even realized he had arrived. Then he didn't bother to return my call or text, so I scheduled another company to come out. Although this gentleman was pleasant when he arrived to do the bid, his lack of follow through on the actual job wasted my time and his. Thankfully he doesn't charge an estimate fee, so it was really bigger waste of his time.
