I was looking at a car ther, they told me the car had been inspected and I found out the car had been in a acedent, I asked Dan adamsom the manager for some help he told me that I was on my own, I would not trust them at all!!The owner Jim also lied about the car. No good people to deal with they also own toyota and ford, buyer beware!!!!

I am very disappointed in the treatment I received from Grimes Motors. I originally had a helpful salesman ask me what I was looking for and then show me a couple of vehicles that seemed to fit my description of what I was looking for - a vehicle for my son. We agreed on the price, which I agreed to in writing. They took a down payment from me which would be refunded if they were unable to remove a heavy smoke smell. The vehicle was sent out on a Saturday for cleaning. The dealership was closed on Sunday, I worked a long day Monday, as I told them would be the case. I returned to the dealership Tuesday only to find they had sold the vehicle to someone else. I had called earlier in the day to talk to one of the salesman I had been dealing with, but he was too busy both times to talk to me. I had been told that I needed to put a deposit on the vehicle to keep it from being sold to someone else. Go figure! That was my first interaction with Grimes Motors and it will be my last!
