Showplace Landscaping

We have moved several times and have used many landscape designers/companies. I have never encountered anyone as thorough as Showplace. They take everything into consideration when coming up with the design - from sun exposure, size/style of the house, maintenance to camouflaging less than desirable utilities. The actual job was completed in a timely manner. The front yard is complete - we are excited to work with them again this spring on our pool/backyard landscaping needs.

I met with the designer a couple times and he was very professional. When the crew showed up they did the work as proposed and it turned out very nice. I have already had people knock on my door to ask who did my landscaping. Overall I am pleased with the whole experience.

Looks great, very pleased. Turned out better than I pictured. Hope to add some more landscaping in the spring.

I have had a number of jobs done by the guys at Showplace. They do a good job, no complaints, and fair pricing.

Showplace was the very first business to respond to my call about landscaping my new home.

Several options were presented and I appreciated that. I was pleased with the work, and my neighbor even hired them on the spot to take care of some work for them as well.

Showplace did a great job on our backyard. We had a general idea of what we wanted but were having trouble visualizing it. The designer we met with actually listened to our rambling ideas and put a design together that was even better than we had imagined. We had to wait a little over two weeks before the crew came, but that's seemed reasonable considering the time of year. Turns out the finished product was worth the wait. We've already spent several lazy weekends relaxing on our new patio and even roasted marshmallows over the firepit.

Be careful! I tried to give my business to a local business, but will not do it again. Spent over $800 for assorted plants. Paid a little less than I would at another nursery or a big box store, but there is no warranty here. More than 40% of the stuff I purchased died and I babied it. After several calls they offered 25% off of new items. No Thanks, will buy from a place with a year guarantee.

Had all kinds of problems with the company and was extremely disappointed with results. Among other things:



- Did not come to do the work when scheduled

- Did not complete all the work in estimate

- Paid $700 for grass seed and soil and did not get one blade of grass

- Workers broke some of our yard lights and littered the yard with cigarette butts
