Earl's Appliance Repair

Earl has been our repairman for over 20 years. He has repaired a dishwasher, washing machine (twice) and a dryer and usually in less than a half hour. His service fee is less than Sears and he is far more reliable. He is a character but with that you get information about how much detergent to actually use in a washer or dishwasher, and he knows about most brands and their repair needs so when we were buying new appliances, we have asked his advice. I highly recommend this person. His knowledge is excellent. And he always seems to have the right part for the job in his truck.

He is a piece of work. He never mentioned a service call charge over the phone. 70 dollars is ridiculous. And because I was not home, he bullied my aunt into giving her money for his time. Stay the hell away from this guy!!!!!!

Earl came out same day! Had the part on the truck to fix my dryer and I was good to go. I really thought I needed a new dryer. He fixed it!

RUN! RUN ! RUUUUN!!! From this guy!!!!!



I called Earl's Appliance repair because he was local and returned my call promptly.



He quoted $65 cash only for service call to diagnose and repair my washing machine. He made it lear parts were extra and if it took an extended amount of tie to make the repair more labor charges may be incurred.



His attitude was HORRIBLE from the moment he arrived.



The machine worked properly when he arrived apparently it reset itself when it was unplugged.



After a total of 20 minutes at my home he said I owed him $80.46. I understand the $65 service call but he said that only covered the first 15 minutes. My hot water outlet NOW leaks.



Again his attitude was sooo bad I just paid him and asked him to leave.



My washer is unusable, he got $80 and I will now have to call yet another washing machine repair service.



HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
