Dr. Michelle P Jacoby, MD

Do not use this doctors office. Their PA Colleen Leonard is callous, rude and unprofessional. A cadre of office staff appears to protect her by preventing patients from having access to the MDs who presumably supervise her. PA Colleen Leonard was unfamiliar with the details of my file while she issued medical recommendations on the fly. Ironically, she is more callous than actual doctors!
